This week, the Solihull housing market was bustling with activity, particularly in the B90 postcode. Twenty-five houses came onto the market as new instructions or had their prices reduced, fourteen being detached homes. The average price for these detached homes was £690,000, making it a prime time to enter the market as a buyer or seller.

The B91 postcode saw even more activity this week, with eighteen new instructions and reductions. Eight detached homes came onto the market with an average price of just over £635,000, making it a popular area for those seeking spacious homes. The market for semi-detached properties also saw an increase, with seven coming onto the market and an average price of £500,000. The market for terraced homes saw one new instruction with an average price of £385,500, and two bungalows were reduced.
